Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1~3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

*Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.

When you order from a seller your return will be sent back to the seller instead of ShopatKonus. Seller return policies may vary. Some items do not qualify for return. For most items, those not on sale, you generally have 14 days after you receive the product to return it. After 14 days from receipt of product, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

shopatkonus.com offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $69, excluding taxes, shipping charges and any other offers or adjustments. This offer is valid in 48 continental U.S. but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO.

Return Policy

Men's Return - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from your original shipment date.

Women's Return - Seller return policies may vary. Some items do not qualify for return.

Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable. Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items please contact us within 5 days of delivery date, also please return it to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. shopatkonus.com does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return Conditions

All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We will not accept the return if there is a sign of wear such as stains, make up and deodorant.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

All mark down items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits.

Items purchased using a promotional discount code may only be returned for store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final sale

Please complete a return request form on the original invoice and include it on your return package. If return form is not filled out correctly or missing, there will be delays in processing. Also, keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.
