In Korea, antibacterial yarns such as Hyosung (Aerosilver) and Kolon (AT-100) are produced using silver nano as an antibacterial agent, and are used a lot by domestic hospital uniforms and clothing companies for group uniforms.

Most of the above products are used as antibacterial agents by ion exchange or adhesion of silver, copper, and zinc to porous inorganic materials such as calcium phosphate, zirconium phosphate, and silica gel.
